Etch Out Some Time to Play!

Toys“R”Us Unveils Giant Etch A Sketch Takeover at Fulton Street Subway Station!

MS October 6, 2017 by Meghan Sowa

Get the etch out…today we brought a larger-than-life interactive Etch A Sketch to the Big Apple to remind folks (both big and small) to live play a little.

EAS

Kids, parents, commuters – any and all kids at heart – stopped by the massive Etch A Sketch to play a game of Tic Tac Toe, take one-of-a-kind selfies, or make their own design. That’s right, we saw YOU playing with one of the most freely creative toys ever invented.

As the play ambassador, we know the daily grind of school, work, sports, chores and more seriously cuts in on free playtime. That’s why Toys“R”Us is on a mission to set play free, whether that means making a space ship out of a box, breaking out some of the hottest toys or placing a huge Etch A Sketch in an unlikely place to spark smiles and play. This stunt is just one way we’re bringing the company’s “Today We Play” rebranding to life and reaffirming our priority to bring communities together.

Missed out on the #fun? No worries, the huge Etch A Sketch will be up at Fulton Street Subway Station until Thursday, October 12 and then heading to the Toys“R”Us Times Square store for the duration of the holiday season.

See you there, players!
