The see saw seats can break away from the bolt fasteners during use, posing a fall hazard.
Affected swing sets were manufactured and sold between December 2011 and May 2012. If your swing set model number contains any of the five digit numbers listed below, your product is being recalled. This includes models with any letters before or after these 5 digits.
