The pogo stick may break in use, posing laceration and fall hazards to consumers.

Affected date codes are between 04/01/2010-046HE and 10/31/2010 - 046HE. The date code is found on the underside of the pogo foot pedals or on the stem of the pogo near the foot pedals. If your pogo stick date code ends in CH, your pogo stick is not involved in this recall.
