MBA Student Opportunities

Senior Analysts – Business Analytics – Wayne, NJ
MBA grads joining us as a Senior Analyst in Analytics will work on a highly visible, flexible, collaborative team with analysts of diverse backgrounds and skill sets to solve the most challenging problems in retail. Our Analytics organization is comprised of Advanced Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Pricing, and Strategic Testing & Analytics teams working to develop optimal tactics and support the strategic objectives of the organization.

Senior Analysts – Finance – Wayne, NJ
MBA grads joining us as a Senior Analyst in Finance will join one of our teams within the Finance department based on the needs of our organization. Opportunities are provided to develop skills and build expertise in order to provide long-term career development. Opportunities exist across the Finance department in the Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Business Strategy & Operations teams.

Undergraduate Student Opportunities

Supply Chain Merchandise Planning & Allocation Trainees – Wayne, NJ
Trainees will participate in a 14-week training program beginning in February or June of each year. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the Merchandise Planning & Allocation function and the close working relationship it has with other functions such as Buying, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

Store Management Trainees – Nationwide Locations
The Management Trainee Program is designed to enable you to take on the responsibilities of an Assistant Store Manager within a specific timeframe. The program combines on-the-job experience with formal training, including classroom and e-Learning in a 12-week program. In addition to a direct supervisor, you will be paired with a mentor to develop your skills. 

Distribution Center Management Trainees – Nationwide Locations
The Management Trainee Program is designed as a training path to enable you to take on the responsibilities of a Distribution Center Department Manager with Toys“R”Us, Inc. The 12-week program combines on-the-job experience with laser-focused training aimed at preparing you for a leadership journey with the world’s leading dedicated toy and baby products retailer.

Distribution Center Co-ops – Nationwide Locations
Toys“R”Us, Inc. has 6-month (June – December) Co-op opportunities available. The primary responsibilities of the Co-op are to: Gain hands-on, day-to-day experience by brief rotations in several departments followed by deeper experience within two core departments, including .com fulfillment, while focusing on preparation for holiday season with the Department Manager of each group.
