Undergraduate Student INTERNSHIP Opportunities

There is no better place to embark on your career than at a multi-billion dollar company where everyone is Playing to Win! As an intern at Toys“R”Us®, you will gain valuable business experience, participate in off-site activities, be empowered through learning workshops and receive mentoring from seasoned executives.

Interested individuals should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), have a minimum GPA of 3.0, have completed at least two years toward an undergraduate degree and be eligible to work in the United States upon graduation without requiring sponsorship.

Students accepted into our paid 10-week summer internship program at the Corporate Headquarters (“R”HQ) in Wayne, New Jersey can expect to:

  • Work alongside full-time employees and share in corporate responsibilities
  • Receive hands-on experience in one of the following departments: Accounting, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Logistics, Marketing, Product Development or Property Development
  • Develop transferable skills and contribute to our high-performance culture
  • Participate in a group project with other interns
  • Receive valuable performance feedback
  •  Network with bright, talented executives

Students accepted into our paid 10-week summer internship program at our stores at various national locations can expect to:

  • Work alongside full-time and part-time employees and share in the responsibilities of day-to-day store operations
  • Receive hands-on experience in various departments throughout the store, including Guest Services, Back of House, Front End and Human Resources
  • Exposure to regional store operations functions, including Asset Protection and Human Resources
  • Develop transferable skills and contribute to our high-performance culture
