Store managers are also responsible for:
- Day-to-day store operations

- Overseeing and providing guidance for inventory control, merchandising, human resources, safety, asset protection and expense control

As ambassadors of the “R”Us brand, hourly sales associates serve an important role in providing a memorable shopping experience for customers and promoting childhood fun. Store associates enjoy a fast-paced learning environment where they are responsible for a high level of customer satisfaction. Store associates are also responsible for:
